To say that horror fans were left disappointed by January's releases is something of an understatement - the only horror movie released was the sequel The Woman In Black: Angel Of Death which turned out to be predictably awful. It Follows, the independent horror movie directed by David Robert Mitchell and starring Maika Monroe as the teenage girl who becomes plagued by visions and believes someone - or something - is following her, could be the perfect antidote to putting the January blues behind you. With a neat 100% Rotten Tomatoes rating based on 16 reviews so far, It Follows promises to be a visually virtuosic chiller which has been called "progressive" and "refreshing".
