10 'New' Actors That Have Been Around Longer Than You Think

1. Aaron Paul

Aaronpaul Aaron Paul came to prominence in 2008 for his critically acclaimed portrayal of Jesse Pinkman in AMC's Breaking Bad (which earned him 2 Outstanding Supporting Actor Emmy Awards and 4 nominations). He's had only a few small roles since appearing on Breaking Bad, but has quickly become a rising star with an incredibly bright future ahead of him now that the show has wrapped production. His portrayal of Jesse has been a truly remarkable one, and over the course of the show's five seasons he's become one of the greatest parts of the series. His career began when he won runner-up in a International Modeling and Talent Association competition in Los Angeles in 1996. His first film role was in 1998, and he received a steady stream of work after that in both film and television. He's been in K-Pax, National Lampoon's Van Wilder, Mission: Impossible II, and episodes of Beverly Hills 90210, Melrose Place, 3rd Rock from the Sun, The X-Files, Judging Amy, CSI, ER, CSI: Miami, Veronica Mars, Criminal Minds, Bones, Ghost Whisperer, and Big Love.
