A casting call for the title character in Disney+'s Moon Knight recently went out and, surprisingly, Marvel Studios is looking for an actor between the ages of 40 - 50 to bring Marc Spector to life in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. He'll definitely be older than most of this shared world's heroes if that's the case, but that's really no big deal when Keanu Reeves is being eyed for the role!
The John Wick star has achieved cult status in recent years, becoming one of Hollywood's most beloved figures in the process.
There have been rumblings that he's been in talks with the studio about various projects since before Captain Marvel was released, and the actor is already a fan-favourite choice to suit up as the Fist of Khonshu. This version of Moon Knight has been described as a "former pugilist, mercenary, and CIA agent," while it's been confirmed he will have multiple personalities.
This would be one heck of a casting coup for Marvel Studios, and this is a much better casting rumour than the ones claiming Daniel Radcliffe or Zac Efron were being eyed to take on the role of Moon Knight.
