10 New Things We Learned About Joss Whedon's Justice League

1. Superman's Returning (Obviously)

Gasp.

Though we all saw this move coming from a mile away, given the ending of BVS as well as the fact that the Justice League just isn't the Justice League without its foremost member, it's still great to know that Kal-El's return is on the way, even if it does come at the cost of a digitally removed moustache.

There's little doubt that the man Alfred is talking to is Superman, as most of the other Leaguers don't really possess the innate ability to shake glasses of liquid ala Jurassic Park, but it'll be interesting to hear the how and why behind the character's return after his fight with Doomsday.

It's also interesting that Clark seemingly decides to pay Alfred a visit first - an element that could lend itself to previous speculation surrounding Batman's role in the character's return. There's no doubt that the character will be launching himself right into the fray upon his reintroduction however - a prospect that the rest of the League will almost certainly appreciate.

Saturday's trailer has given fans a lot to digest, and even a lot to be excited about. Here's hoping that the film can deliver the goods come November.
