10 Niggling Worries Over Marvel's Next 10 Movies

1. Will Thanos Prove To Be An Interesting Villain? - Avengers: Infinity War - Part 2

Thanos has merely been glimpsed in a number of very brief moments across the span of the MCU canon thus far, and though there hasn't been a whole lot of time to develop the guy into a fully-fledged villain with any notable characteristics or memorable traits, so far he just seems like the most generic villain ever created - no better than the likes of Malekith from Thor: The Dark World, or Ronan the Destroyer from Guardians of the Galaxy. But Thanos has to aspire to more than just an arbitrary villain; Infinity War is set to mark the culmination of everything that the MCU has been moving towards since the first Iron Man movie. Really, Thanos should have the potential to be the most interesting and most complex villain of all by now, but Marvel haven't done a whole lot of groundwork in this department. Here's hoping that when Avengers: Infinity War lands in theatres in 2018, Thanos is rendered as a fully-rendered villain and not just a cartoon-ish bad guy on a meaningless power trip.
