Here's a list of actors who have already been confirmed to appear in the upcoming Captain America: Civil War: Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr., Scarlett Johansson, Sebastian Stan, Anthony Mackie, Paul Bettany, Jeremy Renner, Don Cheadle, Elizabeth Olsen, Paul Rudd. And there are bound to be more, with a rumoured Spider-Man cameo on the cards, too. Avengers movies are great, but so are Captain America movies, too. And as it stands, Civil War looks like it's shaping up to be an overstuffed Avengers movie masquerading as a Captain America flick. Given how solid The Winter Soldier was (and how messy Age of Ultron turned out), it seems like a bit of a shame to cram so many characters into one film. As soon as you introduce Robert Downey Jr. into a film, after all, you essentially make it a Robert Downey Jr. movie - Iron Man has a far larger fanbase than the Captain, and his presence in the flick alone threatens to overshadow the main character. Here's hoping they find a way to bring balance to the picture, and manage to avoid any pitfalls in the process.
