10 Obvious Movie Bloopers We Can't Believe We Missed First Time

With hindsight it is fair to say that the best thing that the Twilight movies did for the world was to torpedo Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson to fame. Both of them have become some of the most accomplished performers and stars of modern Hollywood. Here at the beginning of their careers though, Stewart was victim to an utterly ridiculous mistake right at the climax of the series' debut offering.

When Bella (Stewart) is in the hospital after Edward (Pattinson) saves her life, she is wearing a nasal cannula - except the tube is far too high up her face, ridiculously going over her eyelashes. Once Bella is fully awake and talking with her mom, the tube is in the correct place all of a sudden. Presumably, the crew realised mid-filming that the tube was placed incorrectly, but didn't think to check the filmed footage to see whether it had been like that the whole time. 

Given how stupid this looks, it is a wonder how it was never spotted. But if you have never seen an oxygen tube like this before then you might just assume that this is how these devices work. For those who have any basic knowledge of these things though, it's pretty embarrassing.
