9. Stan Lee's Cameo

As per every movie based on Marvel characters, the company's former head honcho Stan Lee had a cameo in this one - and, as usual, it was severely over-acted. In The Amazing Spider-Man 2, Lee appears at the graduation of Gwen Stacy and Peter Parker. Gwen is giving her speech, having been given a star student award, and Peter arrives late, still wearing his Spider-Man mask from his previous escapades. When he realises, he promptly removes it so he isn't seen, but not before eagle-eyed Lee spots him in the distance and says in a very overemphasised way "I think I know that guy!" Charming as ever, Stanley, but obviously not the performance of a top actor by any stretch of the imagination.
