9. Slit Throat
Examples: Saw 2, Scream, Creep, Halloween 2. I personally hate having my neck merely touched, so the thought of having my throat slit is an absolute nightmare. It's a common occurrence in movies and, particular when it's carried out slowly and shown close-up on film, it can be very hard to watch. Most of the main horror movie franchises have at least one throat-slitting scene in them; To name a a few, Saw, Scream, Creep and Halloween, whereby Ghostface, Craig and Michael Myers all revelled in taking a blade to the throats of their victims and, in the case of Saw 2, Xavier was killed by one of his fellow victims for acting like a complete jerk. It's a very bloody wound that results in death 99% of the time and it must be very, very painful to receive.
