During the post-credit scene in Shang-Chi, Wong explains to the titular character alongside Captain Marvel and Bruce Banner that the moment he used the Ten Rings, a sort of beacon was sent into outer space, calling someone; however, he doesn’t exactly know who or what it’s calling.

Many theories have sprung up since over what this moment could mean; our only clues are Captain Marvel's and Bruce Banner's deductions of the item. Danvers noted how she's never seen any alien tech like this before, while Banner said they're way more than 1000 years old.

We still don't know exactly what the Ten Rings are; however, we can deduce that they must be some unknown alien artifact beyond the comprehension of anyone from Earth. What they're calling out likely is a Celestial from Eternals, though there are also theories that state that this could be the calling card of Galactus joining the MCU as the next big villain.

Regardless of what precisely the rings are calling, something big is coming to the MCU, and more likely than not, it won't be friendly to the Avengers.
