4. Nebula

Nebula, along with Gamora, is one of the adopted daughters of Thanos in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Thanos openly stated that Gamora was his favourite, however, which led Nebula to resent him, having done everything she could to impress him over the years - and having it never be enough. With that in mind, she could go one of two ways; she could either outright turn against him, or she could continue to work with him and pretend to be on his side, only to turn against him later. The latter could happen in Infinity Gauntlet. She could get her ultimate revenge on him by sabotaging his plans for universal domination and, potentially, looking to gain the Infinity Gauntlet for herself - just like she did in the Infinity Gauntlet storyline from the comic books.
