Kirk Cameron began to steal hearts at just 9-years-old when cast as Mike Seaver on Growing Pains. The sitcom, which aired from 1985 to 1992, is where he would meet his future wife, Chelsea Noble, with whom he now has six children.

Originally an Atheist, Cameron became a born-again Christian at 17 after a girlfriend invited him to church. Given his newfound beliefs, he insisted the writers remove anything he deemed immoral from his storyline on Growing Pains.

Cameron became an Evangelist but didn't abandon the entertainment industry altogether, producing and acting in several independent Christian-themed films.

Most recently, he toured the US, giving speeches on how families can better live their lives according to the gospel.
