10 Post-Infinity War MCU Phase 4 Predictions
6. Four MCU Movies Per Year Becomes The Norm
It wasn't until 2017, almost a decade after the MCU started, that the franchise started ramping up production from two to three movies being released per year.
However, with the MCU proving stunningly bulletproof where box office is concerned - batting away all expectations of "Marvel fatigue" - don't be surprised if we end up with four movies per year by 2021.
Marvel Studios certainly has enough properties to make it work between their existing movie franchises and the literally 7,000 other heroes they own the rights to, so if Kevin Feige can keep things fresh, there's really no reason not to spring for a new Marvel movie every three months.
That said, it's hard to imagine Marvel - or any movie franchise, really - pulling off more than four releases per year, so that should probably be the hard limit.
