6. Ant-Man

What's it about? The Marvel Cinematic Universe continues apace in 2015 with another fresh property - as with Guardians Of The Galaxy, Ant-Man is a lesser-known Marvel superhero property witih no cinematic precedent. Paul Rudd plays con-man Scott Lang who receives a special gift from Hank Pym (Michael Douglas); a suit which grants the wearer the ability to shrink in size but gain incredible strength. Needless to say, villain Yellowjacket possesses a far more powerful suit... Why it could be awesome: Paul Rudd seemed like an unusual choice for Ant-Man's protagonist when the project was first announced, but it could prove to be something of a masterstroke along the lines of casting Chris Pratt in Guardians Of The Galaxy. Early reactions certainly suggest it's a lot of fun, too - various journalists have described the film as "hugely entertaining" and "sensational", although there were a few dissenting voices so it's potential for awesomeness isn't a dead cert.
