7. Zack Snyder Is Damaging The Brand (And Needs To Be Muzzled)

It's all well and good a film-maker offering glimpses at the abandoned visions they weren't able to bring to fruition, but a line has to be drawn somewhere. Particularly when that film-maker seems to be playing into an idea of toxic entitlement that distracts from what the studio are trying to actively create.

Deleted scenes, alternative takes and concepts and early drafts are all now actually part of the post-release conversation for every major blockbuster, but Zack Snyder's approach to engaging with fans and helping to whip up the Snyder Cut controversy (even unwittingly) is helpful to no-one.

It goes beyond a "this is what you could have won" feeling and at some point Warner Bros need to address the fact that him continually engaging on Vero is hurting the fanbase as well as their own brand.
