One extremely quick shot in the trailer shows off an unseen character being operated on. Who could it be? Does one of The Avengers or another significant character end up wounded during a battle sequence? The Likely Answer: The sensible answer seems to be that this is either Quicksilver or Scarlet Witch, given that they're famously experimented upon in the comics. Also, the previous shot (of a cart being pushed through a hallway) shows that the scene is likely set in Eastern Europe (going by the architecture), and as a number of images so far have shown the pair causing mayhem in the region, it's possible that this is where The Avengers initially save them from Baron Wolfgang von Strucker and bring them into the fold. Sure, it could be someone else, but this is the answer that fits best with the Marvel comic mythology.
