10 Reasons Batman v Superman Can't Top Captain America: Civil War

6. It Doesn't Have The Avengers

Batman v Superman may have the Justice League, but based on a number of different reports, they might not come together until the final few minutes, with the rest of their screen time essentially extremely brief cameos. It's thought for example that the movie will feature football player Victor Stone, and still a long way off from becoming Cyborg. Captain America: Civil War on the other hand is being described by Marvel as Avengers 2.5! The fact that it will likely include everyone from Black Widow to The Falcon and War Machine means that it's guaranteed to be a hit which likely grosses well over $1 billion (though Iron Man will be the main driving force behind that). Financials aside, and the chance to essentially see another Avengers movie just a year after Age of Ultron is incredibly exciting, and in some ways more so than Batman and Superman's first big screen meeting.
