10 Reasons You Shouldn't Be Worried About Jurassic World
2. The Music Sounds Awesome
One of the most iconic aspects of the original movie is John Williams' fantastic score, which evokes a tremendous sense of wonder the first time audiences feast their eyes on the dinosaurs, and of course, plenty of danger later on as well. Though Williams isn't returning for Jurassic World, the extremely talented Michael Giacchino will be taking his place and reprising much of Williams' work on the original movie. A small glimpse of Giacchino's score can be heard in the trailer, with a creepy piano version of Williams' original Jurassic Park theme, and frankly, it's brilliant. Rather than just producing a more jazzed-up version of the theme, Giacchino has opted for something a little more low-key and minimalist, and though the final movie will presumably also feature the main theme in all its bombast, this makes it clear that the movie will not be wanting for Williams' amazing talents.
