10 Reasons To Be Excited For Ant-Man

2. It Has Had A Lot Of Work Put Into It

Edgar Wright began work on the project in 2006, but he isn€™t the only one who has been working on the film for nearly a decade. Most films don€™t have the benefit of being worked on for such a long period of time, and although the actual shooting of the movie began and ended last year, the conceptual work and pre-production on the movie has been developed for much longer. Some of this work may have departed with Edgar Wright, but other parts are bound to have stayed and been worked out. Continuity issues, links to other films and Easter Eggs will all have been planted and ironed out in this stage, so the finished product could well be something to reckon with. Marvel initially wanted to launch the MCU with Ant-Man, so the head honchos at the comic book giant quite clearly have faith in the character, and with their track record it is fair to assume that they will live up to these high expectations.
