10 Reasons Why Warner Brothers MUST Release The Snyder Cut
6. Relatively Low Financial Risk For A Potentially High Reward
What most detractors bring up when it comes to the practicality of restoring this version of Justice League is the necessary financial investment. Surely for a movie so massive in scale and in ambition, there's got to be a hefty sum to pay for its actualization. Yet, as followers of Snyder on the app Vero have found out in the last week, his version of the film was much further along than many assumed.
This most recent post showed that Darkseid's VFX (along with Gal Gadot's ADR work) were being touched on as early as January of 2017. Deny all you want, the Snyder Cut is very close to being realized.
There are undoubtedly financial concerns for this release, especially if there are any plans to update pre-existing VFX or restore certain unmade elements, but imagine the potential reward. Look at what investing extra money to the budget did for the Sonic The Hedgehog movie. The release of such a hyped project would become a massive event, motivating any comic book fan to check it out ASAP.
No matter how it's distributed, WB will get the clicks/views/ticket sales required. Be willing to invest and reap the benefits (just like with Joker *wink wink*)
