10 Reasons Why Warner Brothers MUST Release The Snyder Cut

5. Giving Batfleck A Proper Sendoff

Snyder Cut

What the theatrical cut of Justice League did to Ben Affleck's superbly intimidating and excellent interpretation of Batman was downright insulting. He was no longer a perfectly terrifying presence capable of standing his ground in the face of superhumans, just a goofball wearing a Batman outfit that was quipping far more than he ever should've. Worst of all, it ended up being his last time in the role.

Without a standalone, this is Batfleck's only chance at a worthy sendoff for this part. For how great an impact his take on the character has been, it's shocking that Batfleck has only appeared in three films, with one of them being a cameo. Nevertheless, many feel his Batman ranks among the best and its just downright criminal that his one other project in which he's featured prominently was completely neutered.

BvS set up a Batman who had found his way back to being the Caped Crusader fans knew. This newly-reformed Bruce Wayne should've evolved further, but creative revisions prevented this. Snyder's original vision for Batman's role in the film was more powerful and impactful, and Batfleck fans deserve to see their favorite take on this iconic character go out with a bang.
