3. Charles Martinet - The Super Mario Bros. Movie

Though many cried foul that The Super Mario Bros. Movie didn't cast Mario and Luigi's video game voice actor, Charles Martinet, to also play them in the film, Martinet did at least get two small roles in the movie as something of a consolation prize.

Firstly, Martinet voices Mario (Chris Pratt) and Luigi's (Charlie Day) unnamed father for a few scenes, and early in the film also plays Giuseppe, a character who looks like Mario from the original Donkey Kong video game and whose voice sounds just like traditional Mario.

More to the point, Giuseppe is playing Donkey Kong on an arcade machine, though the machine is labelled "Jump Man," in reference to Mario's original name which Nintendo quite shrewdly changed before the game's release.

Given that 90 minutes of Martinet doing the "Mario voice" would've probably been pretty tough to take in a big-budget animated film, throwing him a bone and giving him two cameos was a solid compromise.
