10 Returning Marvel Actresses For Olivia Wilde's Spider-Verse Movie

Appearing in Spider-Man 3, Bryce Dallas Howard's Gwen Stacy one of the few characters that doesn't seem too out of place.

Sure, one could make the argument that her impact on the plot could have been written in a different way for Elizabeth Banks' Betty Brant, but Howard played Stacy perfectly given the context. She had just enough engaging charisma to own her scenes without stealing too much attention from the main cast.

Assuming that she bows out after Jurassic Park: Dominion, Bryce Dallas Howard should find a way back into Sony’s world. Her role as Claire Dearing makes it quite obvious that she can be more than a two-dimensional damsel in distress upon her return.

Sony would be wise to expand their world to focus on the Ravencroft Institute for the Criminally Insane. Suicide Squad and Joker have shown a desire to see a more psychological side to superhero films and Ravencroft could be Sony's way to satiate Marvel fans.

If they recycle their ideas for a Sinister Six film, Howard would be a great choice for Dr. Ashley Kafka.
