ScreenRant took a crack at this marvellously-executed prank, reporting that Twilight's widely-lambasted Taylor Lautner had been cast as Leonardo in the Michael Bay-produced Ninja Turtles reboot. It was easily to believe at face value because there was already plenty of consternation last year surrounding this reboot and the various creative ideas for it (and that was
before we heard about Megan Fox playing April O'Neil), such that throwing Lautner in the mix seems like a perfectly terrible proposition. To add to the faux-authenticity, the article includes some fake quotes from Bay which sound relatively convincing.
