10 Rock Star Movie Cameos You Never Noticed

1. Dave Grohl in The Muppets

dave grohl the muppets Dave Grohl first burst onto the scene as the long haired drummer of Nirvana and subsequently became the front man for the Foo Fighters. He tends to make notable audio cameos on other albums as a guest drummer (i.e. Queens of the Stone Age and Tenacious D). His influence is also in the newest Muppet film as the Muppets do a barbershop quartet rendition of 'Smells like Teen Spirit'. He is in the background in his cameo as Animool in the band the Moopets---a take on Animal in the real live Muppets--and literally sings three lines from the Rainbow Connection reno revue remix. Unless you are big Dave Grohl fan, he is easy to miss in the film. He could be thought of as the odd drummer with possible sadist masochism intentions. This may be possibly the best reinterpretation of Animal in any movie ever made.
