10 Sci-Fi Movies Where Everyone Dies
8. Radius (2017)
Radius is an ominous piece of filmmaking that quietly slipped out of the Canadian indie sci-fi scene in 2017. What it lacks in budget it makes up with ingenuity - oh, and death, lots and lots of death.
Centering around Liam Hartwell (Diego Klattenhoff), a man whose aura kills anyone within a certain radius of him, it charts a path of death and destruction as he unwittingly causes a series of 'attacks on the human body carried out by forces outside of nature'. Enter Jane Doe (Charlotte Sullivan), who has the power to negate Liam's field of death so long as she stays nearby.
As might be expected, fate intervenes and there are several partings and showdowns resulting in the deaths of many. The pair gradually discover that their abilities are the product of a cosmic anomaly, and that Liam is a serial killer who abducted Jane's (now Rose) twin sister.
Though it is not known for sure whether the newly-minted Rose survives being shot, we know without a doubt that everyone else who tried to intervene, and Liam himself, have breathed their last by the time the credits roll.
