10 Sharpest Snipers In Zombie Outbreak Movies

2. Andy - Dawn of the Dead (2004)

Train To Busan
Universal Pictures

In a world ravaged by flesh-eating reanimated corpses, it is very difficult to remain in good spirits. Nevertheless, the mall survivors in 2004's remake of Dawn of the Dead try their best to keep a sense of normality, and they even play a friendly game with the neighbor from across the street. Meet Andy from the gun store, everybody.

The game is simple enough. One of the contestants writes the name of a celebrity on a big board, Andy proceeds to read the name and then scouts through the horde. A smile lights up in his face. Once he finds the target: he loads, he aims and he obliterates. They all laugh. We can't know for sure, but we can speculate that Andy loses the game if he is unable to find the celebrity look-alike amongst all that grunting rotten flesh.

During a blink-and-you'll-miss-it moment, we notice that the gun store is named in honor of his owner. Based on that fact, it's not farfetched to assume that he is more than a capable user of firearms. The sniper rifle seems to be his weapon of choice, though. Hey Andy, is that Burt Reynolds over there?
