What exactly is the Man Of Steel sequel? Like a child coming up with a story with toys on the fly, its very nature seems to change every couple of months. Back in July Zack Snyder was set out to win back the first films detractors by adding Batman into the mix. Then, fuelled by the potential of a post-Breaking Bad Bryan Cranston getting involved, the inevitable casting of Lex Luthor suggested we were steering closer to Worlds Finest territory; a long running comic series that featured Batman and Superman working together. Joaquin Phoenixs casting last month seemed to just about confirm it (popular consensus is his unannounced character is Luthor. Also cool, if skirting a little close to the pacing we got in The Avengers. Now things are going crazy; Gal Gadot is playing Wonder Woman (in a lead role) and theres rumours floating around Aquaman could be making an appearance. Is this a Justice League movie in disguise? There's so many different possibilities that theres no way of knowing what will be in cinemas in 2015. Im leaning towards Worlds Finest; its the safest option and allows for the more extreme ideas that came before and after it.
