Speaking of leaving very little to the imagination, any guesses as to what Teeth is about?
Yup, that's right, the 2007 vagina dentata comedy horror centred on a young woman named Dawn O'Keefe that discovers her vagina quite literally has teeth. And the-powers-that-be attempted to sell the movie with a poster featuring an X-ray scan of a woman's body that just so happened to highlight those teeth.
Look, there's no denying that the poster was innovative. It was perhaps even clever. But it was just a little too out there for audiences in 2007 (and would probably still be considered as such today). And, as a result, a more acceptable poster of the film's protagonist in a slightly bloody bathtub was released instead.
