1. The Time Travel Device That Is Used Once And Never Mentioned Again - Harry Potter And The Prisoner of Azkaban (2004)
It may seem a little harsh to pick holes in the Prisoner of Azkaban, a movie from a franchise that is so deeply rooted in fantasy, featuring all manner of wonderfully imaginative magical creatures and a world so inventively different from our own. However, given the events that transpire throughout the remainder of the Harry Potter series, you would think that even one person would remember that there is a device that lets you travel back in time and alter the past for the better, which would be a lot easier than traveling the country in order to hunt down and destroy Horcruxes. The central trio use the Time Turner in order to save the day in the third movie's final act, and then conveniently forget that the thing ever existed in order to carry on with their adventures in the wizarding world for the next five movies. Granted, Dumbledore made sensible use of time travel by trusting Hermione with it so she could take extra classes and not abuse her newfound power, but given the ensuing rise of Voldemort and his Death Eaters along with the heavy civilian casualties that follow in his wake, the almost-omnipotent headmaster would surely realize he could stop all of this from happening by traveling back in time and making a few minor alterations to wizarding history that would stop the entire thing from happening in the first place.
I don't do social media, so like or follow me in person but please maintain a safe distance or the authorities will be notified. Don't snap me though, I'll probably break. I was once labelled a misogynist on this very site in a twenty paragraph-long rant for daring to speak ill of the Twilight franchise. I stand by what I said, it's crap.
