1. 2007 Aston Martin DBS V12 - Casino Royale
James Bond and Aston Martin go together like peanut butter and jelly, and so it's little surprise that Bond wound up driving the sleek, gorgeous Aston Martin DBS V12 in the reboot, Casino Royale. If the filmmakers wanted to make a statement about how much more badass the new Bond was going to be compared to the prior campier takes, they certainly did that with this lean, mean vehicle which surely helped cement Daniel Craig as a more classic James Bond. The most famous scene involving the DBS occurs when Bond realises that Vesper has been kidnapped, and when driving along a dark country road, he notices that she has been left tied in the road for him to run over, but of course, Bond notices and takes sharp evasive action, at which point the car violently skids before flipping over countless times. So impressive was the stunt that it ended up in the Guinness Book of Records for the most assisted barrel rolls ever performed by a stunt-car on film. Devastating though it was to see such a gorgeous car get wrecked so quickly, it's safe to say that it went out in style.
Mad Max Collection available for the first time on Blu-ray with Ultraviolet from 12th August 2013.
