2. Silver Sable

Who Is She? Silver Sable (real name Silver Sablinova) is a mercenary who runs a strike team called the Wild Pack and a company called Silver Sable International. Her work as a mercenary drives the economy of Symkaria, the small European country where she€™s based (and borders Doctor Doom€™s nation of Latveria). Trained harshly by her father, Silver Sable is cold and ruthless in her work. Her missions as a mercenary have frequently brought her into conflict with other superheroes, particularly Spider-Man on several occasions. One of the members of her mercenary team was the Sandman, a frequent Spider-Man villain who eventually reformed. Likelihood? Silver Sable has close connections with the Spidey-verse, but she€™s still different enough to establish herself as her own character and successful franchise. A Silver Sable film would be more like an action/espionage movie than a superhero one, however, so it may not be exactly what Sony had in mind for their spin-off. Her presence could mean the re-introduction of Sandman into the rebooted Spider-verse, albeit as a hero this time instead of a villain. But if Silver Sable is used, it might make more sense to introduce her first in a Spider-Man movie and later spin her off.
