10 Star Wars Characters Who Only Had One Movie To Shine

2. Jango Fett - Attack Of The Clones

Boba Fett has developed a cult following among many fans because of his powerful and mysterious presence. While Episode II destroyed some of that mystery by revealing he was a clone, it also gave us his father Jango, who is just as badass as his son would one day become. A Mandalorian bounty hunter, Jango was considered to be one of the best mercenaries in the galaxy. He was so talented that he was hired by Darth Tyranus (Count Dooku) to be the genetic template for the clone army that was being grown on Kamino. Jango proved to be dangerous and unpredictable throughout Episode II. For a non-Jedi, he was able to hold his own in a fight against Obi-Wan Kenobi quite well. He was also a talented pilot and nearly succeeded in blowing up Obi-Wan in the asteroid field. When the Battle of Geonosis erupted, Jango made a great first impression with Mace Windu by setting his Jedi robes ablaze with his wrist flamethrower. After killing a Jedi who foolishly thought he could sneak up on Count Dooku, Jango joined the battle and tried to kill Windu, but he should have known that you never mess with Samuel L. Jackson in any role. Although he got off some shots, he was promptly beheaded by the cool Jedi Master. Although Jango may not reach the same level of popularity as his son, his death was definitely better than accidentally falling into a Sarlacc Pit.
