10 Star Wars Characters Recast With Disney Animated Characters

1. Flynn Rider as "Han Solo"

Disney doesn't really do the whole anti-hero thing all that well because generally, in the Disney universe, there are either good guys or bad guys and not much in between. But even if Disney did have more examples of anti-heroes, Han Solo is in a league of his own- he is THE anti-hero and no one could possibly live up to him or replace him. Good luck sequels in trying to create and cast a character to appeal to the same sort of audience. The best example of a Dinsey anti-hero, and really the only character I can think of who could just about play Han Solo is Flynn Rider from the fairly recent Tangled movie. Both characters are dashingly handsome, have an unashamedly criminal past, and have the same sort of arrogant, cocky charm but both more or less are somewhat of the sweetheart by the end of the film- more or less. They both look fairly similar and actually they both wear almost the exact same items of clothing as one another. Added to this, they both get the girl by the movies end, and they both have a special bond with a giant animal like creature throughout their movies. There are obviously many, many popular Star Wars characters I have simply not had the time to cast... but please, I welcome you to offer up your suggestions in the comments section below. Obi-Wan Kenobi? Jaba the Hutt? Boba Fett? Lando Calrissian? Darth Maul? Please, cast away...

I am an unashamed geek who loves everything Marvel, and anything Joss Whedon has ever touched (except for maybe Alien Resurrection and Titan A.E). My current favorite TV shows are Breaking Bad, Family Guy, House of Cards, Game of Thrones, American Horror Story, Homeland and Glee. I look forward to debating things with all of you in the future.
