More like a 9A than an 8, a copycat Boba Fett could go hand in hand with a story about his death. Playing further with the Latino Review rumor, assuming that Boba Fett is one and the same from the prequel trilogy up until his fall into the Sarlacc Pit. There could be a lot of potential for something in regards to a copycat Boba Fett than someone killing him and stealing his identity. It is safe to assume that fans struggled with a little Boba as much as they did a little Darth Vader from the prequels. But we have to remember that even some of the worst people in history were children at one point too. The feelings harbored from the prequel trilogies need to pass along. Getting back on track and playing with the idea further, a story about another Mandalorian, bounty hunter or even a Boba Fett "fan" for lack of a better term, takes up his armor after his apparent death during the events of Return of the Jedi. The galaxy is captivated by Fett's return and his immortality is brought into the spotlight that nothing can stop him. This film is starting to look more like a Christopher Nolan version of Batman than a story about the most feared man in the galaxy. Maybe the idea could be played with that Boba Fett's armor represents a symbol more than a man? At the end of the day though, everyone knows there is only one Fett. The movie ends with Boba Fett prime encountering the copycat and taking him down to reclaim his rightful spot as the galaxy's most feared bounty hunter.
