10 Strange Plot Holes From Famous Movies (That Rarely Get Mentioned)

5. Couldn't They Find One Mutant To Fix Professor X's Back? - X-Men Series

006 With all the hundreds of mutants in the X-Men universe with individual powers that range from telekinesis to completely changing one's genetic makeup, why is no one able to find one mutant who can fix Professor X's back? While he did get shot in the back in X-Men: First Class and it's definitely not something easy to fix, the X-Men live in a world where that really shouldn't be a problem. Not only are there all kinds of mutants available, but there also seems to be some ridiculously advanced technology in X-Men such as Cerebro and X2's plane, so it would just make sense that somewhere along the way they could find a way to fix Professor X's spinal column.

I love movies, literature, history, music and the NBA. I love all things nerdy including but not limited to Star Wars, Star Trek, Lord of the Rings, and Firefly. My artistic idols are Dylan, Dostoevsky, and Malick and my goal in life is to become like Bernard Black from Black Books. When I die, I hope to turn into the space baby from 2001: A Space Odyssey.
