10 Stupid Decisions Made By Saw Characters
1. Razor Box - Saw II
The otherwise wonderful Saw II makes its second appearance with a scene so ridiculous it hurts.
After witnessing several of her fellow hostages fall victim to Jigsaw's traps, call girl Addison decides it would be a great idea to separate herself from the remaining survivors. Weak from the nerve gas, she comes across a suspended glass box with two arm holes and a mini-cassette.
Inside this rather harmless looking box is the antidote she needs... However, after all she has witnessed, one would assume she'd air some caution, right? Nothing is ever as simple as it seems when Jigsaw is involved.
Well... She doesn't. In a truly stupid moment, the young woman chooses to disregard the cassette with Jigsaw's instructions and nonchalantly insert her hands into the box. It comes as no surprise when she finds herself trapped as razor blades seize her wrists and she slowly begins to bleed out.
This was a shock to no one but Addison it seems, who is absolutely perplexed and begs for assistance. Has she not been paying attention whilst people have been dropping like flies? A further sting reveals, had she listened to the tape, she would've been able to simply smash the glass box and obtain the antidote.
The character's lack of common sense is truly baffling and leaves the viewer shaking their head in amazement.
