9. Alien - Ripley Gets Head Bitten Off
Hearing about this scene makes you wonder if Alien's ending would have been better. It's a tough one to decide. Ridley Scott's intention was for the movie to end on a much darker note. Ripley would make her escape from the exploding Nostromo, only to have Alien stowaway on her shuttle then proceed to bite her head off. Which then it would mimic her voice as it made a final log entry to Earth. He convinced the studio to allow extra budget and filming days, only if the Alien would still die at the end. This led to the script change. I guess a lot of audiences would have been screaming, "Get away from her you b***h!"
