7. The Memorial - Avengers: Age Of Ultron

Watching Avengers: Age Of Ultron back, it's still pretty remarkable how quickly New York was rebuilt after the devastating invasion of the Chitauri. The Avengers' first big gig has cut a brutal wound through the city and left a substantial mess that would come back to haunt them, but the sequel seemed to show it back in fairly rude health.
