6. Captain America (Captain America, 1979)
The 1970's sure as hell weren't the best times for super costumes and if this is anything to go by heroes looked more like porn stars than they did superheroes in their skin tight threads, most notable the costume worn by Steve Rogers in the 1979 version of Captain America. Plenty of people complained about Cap's suit in The Avengers movie but they obviously hadn't seen what he was forced to wear over 30 years earlier in Rob Holcomb's take on the popular Marvel hero. Although the film didn't exactly stick to the traditional story from the comics it was met with pretty acceptable reviews but we figure that's because everyone who watched it was either high or couldn't take their eye's off the secret weapon Captain America was hiding in his underpants. Can you imagine a hero wearing something as skin tight as this in a modern day family movie? Joel Schumacher probably can.
