Wonder Woman just had to be on this list. She is, quite simply, the most well-known super-powered female in the history of fiction and it really is baffling, given that we've seen the likes of Elektra get her own movie, that she hasn't made it to the big screen yet. Princess Diana of Themyscira, as she is also known, is an Amazonian warrior who hails from (as you can probably guess) the island of Themyscira and who became one of the "big seven" members of the super-team the Justice League of America (along with the likes of Batman and Superman). As an Amazonian, Wonder Woman possesses super strength, super-speed, enhanced agility, reflexes, stamina and endurance, a healing factor, flight and incredible hand-to-hand combat skills. She also possesses magical weaponry including indestructible bracelets, the Lasso of Truth, the Tiara of Telepathy and a magical sword. She's a brunette who is also known for her beauty and her costume is very popular amongst fanboys. A live action adaptation of the character would be incredibly popular.
