5. M. Bison (Street Fighter The Movie)
This one is too easy. Everything about this film was a farce and it's an obvious target. The only saving grace was in Raul Julia's pantomime performance as Bison but this version is very beatable in hand to hand combat. Obviously Raul Julia was in very poor health for this film anyway but he's also the only cast member who in no way has the physique to match his video-game counterpart. If you want a decent representation of Bison then check out the animated movie, but the movie version is just embarrassing for everyone and it's not the fault of the actor, it's the movie itself.
