No one is saying that Cruella De Vil isn't a terrifying monster of a human being. Just that one image of her erratically driving the car with fury in her eyes is enough to cement her position as one of Disney's scariest villains.
But she's really not all that good at her job, is she?
Like, her one goal in life is to make fur coats, which means that her enemies are defenseless little puppies. And she still can't get the job done. How incompetent do you have to be that you can't defeat a bunch of dogs, animals who are reportedly only as intelligent as two year old babies?
