10 Terrible Looking 2019 Movies That Will Shockingly Make A Profit

1. Five Feet Apart

Five Feet Apart
Lionsgate

Release Date: March 15

Because weepie movies will never go out of fashion as long as hormonal teenage girls exist, Five Feet Apart will be landing in U.S. cinemas the week after Captain Marvel.

And while Carol Danvers' girl power might take a small bite out of the movie's box office, it's unlikely to eat its lunch completely. More to the point, this drama about two cystic fibrosis sufferers falling in love - adapted from a novel, of course - clearly cost a mere fraction of Captain Marvel's budget, likely around $15 million.

The trailer looks like a borderline self-parody of saccharine illness-of-the-week movies, but it'll play just fine with its teen demo thanks to the casting of popular rising stars Cole Sprouse and Haley Lu Richardson.

It won't be a mammoth sensation on the level of The Fault in Our Stars ($307.2 million), but it'll pull respectable business for sure.

Predicted Box Office: $110 million

Which of these terrible-looking movies will end up the most profitable? Shout it out in the comments!
