10 Things In The DCEU That Make No Sense

9. Amanda Waller Choose WHO For The Suicide Squad?

The Suicide Squad is a black-ops team composed of convicts. If a member completes enough missions, they are released from prison.

The team's founder, Amanda Waller, chooses criminals she believes can get the job done but can also be kept on a tight leash. She assigned Deadshot because of his impeccable marksmanship but uses his daughter as collateral to make sure he behaves himself.

Although Killer Croc is a cannibal, he can reach underwater locations that are inaccessible to normal humans. He's a loose cannon but Waller may need him.

Sadly, this logic doesn't apply to the other members. Of the dozens of supervillains Waller could have chosen, why did she pick Captain Boomerang? He throws one boomerang in the entire mission and it achieves nothing.

Harley Quinn is the most unstable team-member and possesses no superpowers. El Diablo can't control his fire powers without risking incinerating everyone around him. Since Slipknot is "the master of ropes", there is a ton of ways he can show off his skill in the film... if he wasn't killed off immediately. It just seems like the team was filled with useless members or cool supervillains who were mishandled and underused.
