10 Things Marvel Wants You To Forget About Daredevil

3. And Most Of His Other Villains

Although to be fair to Vapora, she's hardly the least ridiculous enemy Daredevil has ever come up against. Whilst he has the iconic arch nemesis Kingpin, alongside the sometimes-creepy and sometimes-silly assassin Bullseye, those are two apart from most of his rogues gallery. Most of whom are so stupid that even Adam West's Batman would have trouble taking them seriously. The Shawshank Redemption's Bob Gunton will be appearing in the Netflix series as Leland Owlsley, which sounds like a more straight-laced take on frequent Daredevil villain and gang boss The Owl. Who, along with being a brutal criminal leader, is also a man who is like, part-owl. He has claws and flies and his hair looks like an owl and he eats rat. Not exactly The Joker, is he? And it gets worse from there. One of the most consistently recurring villains Matt Murdock has dealt with is Stilt-Man, whose powers are literally that he has a robot suit with really long legs. It could be worse, though: he could be Leap-Frog. Who dresses like a frog. And can leap far.
