8. The Turtles Are Sexually Attracted To April O'Neil

One aspect of the preview footage that journalists almost unanimously expressed a dislike for, however, was the fact that the Turtles make numerous references to how attractive April O'Neil (Megan Fox) is, with Michelangelo coming off as especially creepy and lechy when he reportedly mentions that his shell tightens when looking at her. It takes a rather innocent (and more to the point, platonic) relationship and imbues it with all sorts of weird connotations that really aren't necessary or warranted in the slightest. Yes, Megan Fox is an extremely sexy young woman, but that should be self-evident: does the movie really need to make jokes about this fact, especially from the mouths of the Turtles?
