9. Yes, Bryan Singer Will Direct

There was something of an unfortunate incident concerning director Bryan Singer earlier in the year, whereupon the X-Men director was accused of sexual assault and molestation. Singer's future with the X-Men franchise looked to be up in the air, pending the results of an investigation, but the allegations were later withdrawn. Which is great news for X-Men: Apocalypse, of course, as Singer is confirmed to direct. Singer is pretty much the heart of the X-Men franchise, having directed the first and second installments (most agree that those are two of the best chapters), and the recent triumph, Days of Future Past.
