9. Yes, Bryan Singer Will Direct

There was something of an unfortunate incident concerning director Bryan Singer earlier in the year, whereupon the X-Men director was accused of sexual assault and molestation. Singer's future with the X-Men franchise looked to be up in the air, pending the results of an investigation, but the allegations were later withdrawn. Which is great news for X-Men: Apocalypse, of course, as Singer is confirmed to direct. Singer is pretty much the heart of the X-Men franchise, having directed the first and second installments (most agree that those are two of the best chapters), and the recent triumph, Days of Future Past. After much rumour surrounding those past accusations, nobody seemed sure as to whether or not Singer would be allowed to helm Apocalypse.
