8. Casting Is Underway For Younger Versions Of Cyclops, Jean Grey & Storm

As recently as... well, yesterday, actually... director Bryan Singer announced via Twitter that the script for Apocalypse will require younger versions of Cyclops, Jean Grey and Storm, and posted up a snap showing a bunch of empty chairs laid out for the associated auditions. Whereas we've seen younger versions of character such as Professor Charles Xavier and Magneto, we're yet to see past incarnations of these three. Which makes the prospect of X-Men: Apocalypse a super exciting one - especially as the movie is already confirmed to feature the likes of James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence, Nicholas Hoult and Hugh Jackman. It's not known yet whether Singer is looking to cast unknown actors as the younger versions of these characters, or if he's looking at everyone in Hollywood. We'll just have to wait and see!
