4. Pushing Daisies Movie

Pushing Daisies After the Veronica Mars movie soared past its noble $2m Kickstarter goal, fan petitions came about for Pushing Daisies creator Bryan Fuller to set up a Kickstarter for the cult TV show which was cancelled back in 2008. Fuller remarked that the average episode of the show cost $3m, and that a full feature movie would have cost around $10-15m to do properly, which would easily have been covered by the Thatcher shortfall, of course. Though the show didn't last a long time, this would surely be an alluring acquisition for a lot of studios, given that even $15m is a relatively low cost for a film as good-looking as this, which comes pre-packaged with two charming leads and a quirky concept.
